We will be leaving Clarke-Venable Baptist Church at 6:30 am on January 1, 2011.
We will be staying at the Hilton Garden Inn and the cost for each person will be $120. Bring this with you to turn in on Saturday morning at the church. You will also need to bring money for meals. The meals that you are responsible for are:
Sat. Lunch and Supper
Sun. Breakfast and Supper
Mon. Breakfast and Supper
Tues. Breakfast, Lunch and Supper
(I know some of you don't eat breakfast and you can also bring your own i.e. Poptarts, breakfast bars, etc.) Don't know if the Hotel provides any.
Finally if you want to give to any cause at Passion you will need to bring money with you for that as well.
Tell all your friends that you know are going and make sure you print out your ticket. You should have gotten an email from passion a few weeks ago. If you would please send a confirmation email to me that you are going, to shaun.selman@gmail.com. See you guys on Saturday.
